An ode to the daffodil
An ode to the daffodil
Having brightened up every countryside lane around where we live since March, I wanted to make a little turbot to this flowers that I have only recently completely fallen in love with. Who knew there we're so many incredible varieties? I gathered from the garden and walked many a lane with secateurs and a baskets in hand, collecting a wee party of yellows, creams and orange. Back in my studio, every single on of them brought me so much joy, I might have shed a small tear seeing as it was the end of the season. Till next year, I whispered and blew them all a kiss.
